Complimentary 45-Minute Consultation

When you initially book a block of six sessions, you’ll receive a free 45-minute consultation scheduled a week before training begins. This session is an opportunity to discuss:

  • Your Health & Lifestyle: Understanding your current health status and daily habits.
  • Training Objectives: Identifying your goals and desired outcomes.
  • Exercise History: Reviewing your background in fitness and rowing to tailor the programme to your needs.

For single sessions and Learn-to-Row (LTR) novices, you’ll receive an emailed questionnaire covering these topics to build your profile and align our training with your goals.

One-to-One Training: The Most Effective Approach

For optimal results, I recommend training on a one-to-one basis. Individual sessions allow for personalised coaching and attention to detail, ensuring each exercise is tailored to meet your specific needs, abilities, and goals.

Why Individual Sessions?

  • Sessions with multiple people can be challenging due to varying needs, fitness levels and abilities.
  • Personalised training helps focus entirely on your goals, technique and progress.
  • They are especially necessary for those recovering from injury, those over 65 or anyone new to weight training.

If you wish to enquire about a group booking, maximum four people, please email me.

Accepted method of payment – bank transfer or Direct Debit (account details provided at the time of booking). Full payment must be made 48 hours in advance of the first session (see T&C’s below).

T&C’s

I will need to keep to my schedule; therefore our session will start from the booked time.

If you are running late, please send me a message by text (number provided at the consultation).

I will understand if a session needs to be rescheduled –  things happen.  However I don’t expect this to occur on a regular basis.  Sessions should be booked with your own schedule in mind.

Cancellations must be made at the latest the day before the session by 10pm. Sessions cancelled after 10pm or on the day will be charged in full.

Single sessions must be paid 48 hours in advance (bank details provided at consultation).

Block booked sessions of six must be taken within three months of booking and will require a full upfront payment (bank details provided at consultation).
